Loss Management Systems was incorporated in Kentucky in 1998 as a division of our our parent company, Law Office Service, LLC.  Law Office Service, LLC began specializing in collection services to the legal profession, and continues to provide collection services for both attorneys and their clients today. Loss Management Systems was formed as the Commercial division of Law Office Service, LLC, proving professional B2B collection services to the business community. 

Loss Management Systems made it our goal to strive to be the best, but not the biggest. Other words, to provide our clients the personal service they need while they entrust their accounts receivables to our professional collection service. We recognize this awesome responsibility, and consider this our most important asset. We believe the success of our company is the result of this very important business principal now conducted in our daily operation.
