All accounts placed for collection are processed through what we call our account work-up, checking company assets, information about sales and responsible parites. This give us the upper edge when contacting you customer / debtor in the collection process.

This increases our chances of collection, which benefits you, our client. No account will be placed for litigation without your written permission, court cost and fee agreement. Before litigation, your collection representative will provide a complete written history of our collection efforts to help you make a sound decision. Please remember, litigation is always our last resort in our collection efforts.
